It completely replaces the windows today screen. The folks at XDA-Developers.com have tons of these mods, so you can change it if you like. Operating system is modified quite a bit, but is STABLE. Too many folks to thankI have a  3 PPC 6700 that is fully flashed to Cricket, up for Auction. It has fully working MMS and internet. Phone is used, but looks  good.  Screen is good. Clean with just very light normal signs of use.  No dead spots.   Phone is functionally working correctly.  8.5/10 easy. Leather case I  am including will cover almost all blemishes. This is your chance to have a great phone at a discount, if you don't mind some minor cosmetic blemishes. Phone comes with1-Battery2-stylus3-leather case (the carry kind), not a belt pouch. This will cover almost all casing scuffs. 4-wall chargerI will also include a disk with a ton of programs that i have collected. Most are full working versions with keys. Some are not. I cannot gaurantee all will work on this phone, as I have not used every one of them. They were all claimed as usable on the 6700 when I downloaded them. That is as much as I can say. The new technology is for the phone to work in the extended areas, not for every where. If you look on their website for these new areas, It says just that about the new technology phones. And besides that , only 3 or 4 of the phones they offer have the new TRI-BAND tech. Here is a quote taken directly from Crickets Website concerning the new TRI-BAND tech.:" This new technology is not compatible with all phones. Moving forward, Cricket will begin offering a line-up of "tri-band" phones that is compatible with this technology. If you have a Cricket phone with a "tri-band" symbol on the back, that means that your phone is compatible with the new technology and that you can use your phone in all Cricket coverage areas, including the new extended coverage areas. If your phone does not have the "tri-band" symbol on the back, you can still use your phone in our Cricket unlimited coverage areas. However, when you travel outside of these coverage areas, you will need nationwide roaming minutes to use your Cricket phone. This is not a reduction in coverage and no different than how your Cricket service currently works." So, you be the judge.
