I am an honest upfront guy. If you want to buy my stuff, read the terms first! The item you are bidding on here is a shelf pull or store return from a major department store chain such as Target or Sears. I buy these items in huge 6x6 pallets and I sell the items exactly as they arrive to me from the store. I will give you an honest assessment of the item as I see it, but you must realize, that because I do not the history of each item, I can not guarantee anything for the item and there is a risk involved with this type of purchase. If you are uncomfortable with that risk, I ask you polietley, please bid elsewhere. I will not even bother responding to emails with grievances when I have been clear, honest and forthright about what you are bidding on here today. I do accept returns on these items providing the following conditions are met - you must email within 24 hours of recieving the item to indicate the return. You must pay all associated shipping costs (including shipping to you and returning the item to me) There is also a 20% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return. See my other auctions for more great items! You have to pay within 7 days. No exceptions. If you don't pay in 7, the item gets relisted and you get a strike. I don't take checks but I do take money orders. Paypal only gives me seller protection on 'confirmed' addresses. Make sure you have a confirmed address before you place a bid. I can NOT ship to an unconfirmed address if you use paypal. You CAN pay with a money order. Please send money orders within 48 hours of auctions end. If i don't have your payment in 7 days I will relist the item, no exceptions. Some items may have a small handling fee added to the shipping cost shown to absorb packaging materials. All Tennessee orders will be charged sales tax I have a cool shipping deal available 365 days a year. This is how it works... I will ship as many items as I can stuff into a flat rate box for $8.95 (actual postal charge) plus 1.00 per each auction handling fee (handling fee is to offset the cost of addtional packaging materials). You can fill as many boxes as you want, as often as you want. Our standard combined discount is full price highest shipping cost plus half each additional item. This is a better deal if your buying two things with cheap shipping. I will automatically invoice you the better of the two deals. I don't ship internationally at this time. Sorry not even to Canada. I work full time, so does my wife. We have kids & a busy schedule. Your package may take up to 7 days up to ship. We try really really hard to get them out fast and normally they go out the next day, but sometimes it takes longer. Please do not bid if you are unwilling to allow that extra time we might need in rare but inevitable circumstances when raising a family. Insurance is available on all purchases for an extra charge. I have cats & two dogs. Sometimes there dreaded hairs land on clothes before I get them shipped. And I often sell for other people and they may have pets or smoke or something.
