Schulmerich Campanile Bells CarillonModel: 403SH-TPCC-PFI-41
A.C. Volts: 105-125
Cycles: 50-60
Watts at 117V/60Hz: 350
Serial: C 32140
This carillon seems to work and have all necessary parts for
functionality. I have not fully tested it, though I checked to make
sure the tape deck works and plays sound out of the unit, and it does
work and play, so I'm sure the rest of the unit will with a few minutes
of tinkering. Still, since it is vintage, it is sold as-is.I am willing to
remove everything in the cabinet for a fee of $40 and ship all those
parts to you for $35. $40+35 = the flat $75 shipping fee stated in this
listing. Thus, the $75 shipping cost reflects both shipping and handling for me removing everything in the cabinet and shipping it to you. If you want the whole brown metal cabinet with everything
inside, YOU must arrange for freighting or pickup, at your
expense.
Brown Chime Cabinet dimensions:
67" each22"
wide each (if an Americana, there are two cabinets semi-permanently
attached to each other, so that would be 45" total in this case)18" deep, from front to backOn the front panel (for almost all Schulmerich brown cabinet units):
Top left panel has the timer.Top
right panel is the peal/toll/bell panel, where you can turn on the
amplifier, turn on the tower, change the monitor volume, etc..The knob at the bottom is the tower/general amplifier volume. The
carillon speaker is located at the top of the cabinet, and is
ellipsoidal in shape. It has the following two numbers printed on it:
27425, 2857507, and has a transformer mounted on it.
Has tape player/deck, with 4 automatic settings and one manual setting. Also includes can of "Schulmerich brand" Ethyl Alcohol.Has six programs (see picture)Has both panelsHas all relaysHas a few 2amp spare fuses.Power control unit 36-788.1.The chimebed, tape deck, and amp are each easily worth $50, so take your time to consider the parts included, and realize what a great deal this is.Chime
bed is labelled: SM-40-181-4 144, but there are 3 bells in it, for pealing/tolling. No keyboard is included; this never came with one.Uses a Model 6-280 solid state power
amplifier by Schulmerich Carillons, which I think is a modified version
of an amplifier built by another company. One of the power
transformers on the amplifier has the following text printed on it:
LP-0365 R-001 8-75.
